Night Host Position
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part time Night Host. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with a strong background in customer service and a diverse set of administrative skills. This is a part-time overnight position (8pm to 8am – a 12 hour shift).
Location: Norco, CA (on-site position)
Requirements:
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- Must be able to bend, squat, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Computer literacy is a must (Word, Excel, Google Suite)
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Available to work 1 to 2 nights a week
Responsibilities:
- Attend to members’ needs at the beginning, during, and end of their sessions
- Ensure that all supplies are in stock, and reservation signs are placed on seats when needed
- Book, change, and cancel appointments for members, teaching them how to do so independently
- Process sales transactions and handle cash transactions accurately
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Mandatory knowledge of all information on the company website, including terms, conditions, policies, procedures, pricing, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and good presentation of all areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restocking, and trash removal, including cleaning the restroom regularly.
- Email communication with members
- Post updates to our social media accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
