Ascended Wellness is a Private Member Association (PMA) offering its services to members only. Our services are not open to the public. Membership is required for individuals 18 and over. The annual membership due is $20. The due covers the member and their dependent(s) up to 17 years of age.

Scheduling FAQ
I have Prepaid Credits, but the system is asking me to pay.
First verify that you have pre-paid credits by going to “Your Pre-paid credits” portion of your account. If you do have pre-paid credits and you are booking a session just for yourself, this feature works just fine. However, the pre-paid package feature was designed not to be shared with others. So, if you are trying to book sessions for more than one person, the scheduling system will default you to make a full payment rather than using the pre-paid credits on your account. The only way to use your pre-paid package credits for more than one person is to book individual appointments. For example, if you are trying to book a session for two people using your credits, you must book two separate appointments after verifying that two chairs are available at the date and time of your choice. We apologize for this inconvenience. We feel that this is a minor inconvenience for being able to share your pre-paid package credits with others at no cost to you. How can I see the credit amount on my account?
Credits for pre-paid packages only can be found under the section in your membership area titled, “Your Pre-paid credits”. These are the daytime 10-, 20-, and 40-hour pre-paid packages in the 8-unit or 32-unit rooms that you may have purchased. Credits for pre-paid packages will always and only appear in this section.
Monetary credits ($ value) can only be accessed during the checkout process. Monetary credits (single 2-hour day reservations, single nighttime reservations, or gift voucher credits) are always and only reflected as monetary credits. If you have a monetary credit and are unsure as to how much funds are held as credit on your account, please send us an email at info@ascended-wellness.com and we will be happy to provide you with that information.
Can I book recurring sessions?
Yes. As you schedule your session, you will be asked, "Would you like to book repeating visits?" Click yes and follow the easy prompts to schedule your recurring sessions. Please only select the days of the week that we are open. We are open Tuesdays through Saturdays.
How do I change an existing reservation?
To change an existing reservation, log into your account and click on “Your Bookings”. Click on the reservation you want to change. Click on the pencil icon to make changes. The amount you paid will automatically be applied to the new reservation. Reservations must be changed before 24 hours of your appointment start time. Reservations cannot be changed less than 24 hours of your reservation start time.
Can I cancel a reservation without incurring the 100% cancellation penalty?
Yes. You may cancel a reservation and receive 100% credit as long as the cancellation is done 24 hours in advance of your reservation start time. After the making the cancellation, please send us an email at memberservice@ascended-wellness.com requesting the credit as the credit is not issued automatically. As long as the cancellation is done in time, we will adjust your account so the funds (if outright purchase) or credits (if pre-paid packages) is reflected in your account. We highly encourage you reschedule your appointment instead of cancelling your appointment. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of the reservation start time incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
As per the terms and conditions, there are no refunds issued once a purchase is made. Credit card companies can be very brutal to small businesses. Oftentimes holding 25%, 50% or 100% of the revenue for 4, 8 and sometimes 12 weeks depending on the number of refunds, or the dollar value of the refunds being processed. We know of one small business who, after two returns/refunds, 25% of their funds were tied up for two months. And another who after several returns/refunds, had 100% of their funds tied up for 3 months. We want to stay in business and not risk having to close our doors due to these strict restrictions. The goods news is, if you purchased a session or a pre-paid package and you don’t feel the need for them anymore, you can schedule sessions for other members, or gift them to other members through transfers to their account. But why not keep it for yourself? Just as cars need regular tune-ups, so do we, and even more so! Afterall, there is no such thing as being too healthy!
Where do I enter the promo or gift voucher code?
During the checkout process, a question with a button will appear (Have a promotion or voucher code?). Click on “Enter code” and enter the promo or gift voucher code there. If you have prepaid credits on your account (10-, 20- or 40- hour packages), you will not see this option. The system will automatically use the credits you have instead of asking for a promo or voucher code. You may hang on to your gift voucher until you no longer have credits to use on your account. Or you may call us at 951.393.2825 to have your gift voucher amount credited to your account now.
For overnight sessions, I will be arriving after the start time (or leaving before the session is over), is that OK?
Yes. You may come and go as you please, but we recommend that you do your best to take advantage of the full 11 hours to maximize the benefit you receive as well as not to disturb others around you.
Do children need a reservation?
Yes. Children must have their own reservation. This is to ensure that both your child and you get the most out of the EE System night session. With a child on your lap, you are drastically lessening your restful state, which is needed to maximize the benefits in the EE System environment. You deserve this restful session, so please be kind to yourself by reserving a chair for yourself and your child.
Can I swap day sessions for night sessions?
No. A night session cannot be swapped for a day session and vice versa.
Do the pre-paid packaged sessions expire?
Yes. All sessions must be used within 90 days. All purchases expire on the 91st day.
How do I share my sessions?
You can only share the bulk pre-paid packages for day sessions. To share these sessions, log into your account and make a reservation. When you get to the point of confirming who the appointment is for, choose, "a new person" and enter their information. If you are making a reservation for yourself AND someone else. Please create two separate reservations - one for yourself and the other for the second person as described above. If you put more than one person in the same reservation AND you want to use your pre-paid sessions to "share", it will force you to pay. The reservations must be made separately. Month to month subscriptions are not shareable.
