Terms and Conditions

 

Expiration of hours/sessions purchased:

All EE System hours/sessions have an expiration date.  Depending on the type of service or package that is purchased, sessions expire anymore from one month to one year from the date of purchase.  This includes but is not limited to the following types of purchases: day sessions, night sessions, prepaid packages, remote sessions, promotions, specials and more.  

Reservation Changes:

Changes to your reservations can be made up until 11:59pm at least one day before your appointment.  For example, if your appointment is on May 15th, you may make a change by 11:59PM on May 14th.  Changes cannot be made on the same day as your appointment. 

No-Shows:

There are no credits or refunds issued for No-Shows.

Cancellations: 

Bookings using a pre-paid package session, will be issued a credit for cancellations made by 11:59pm at least one day before your appointment. For example, if your appointment is on May 15th, you must cancel your appointment by 11:59pm on May 14th to receive credit.  There are no credits issued for cancellations made on the same day. For pre-paid packages, the number of sessions that was/were cancelled will be credited back to your account and will be reflected in your account immediately. Please go to the section of your account titled “Your Prepaid Credits” to see the credit reflected there. For pre-paid credits, only like for like credit will be issued. For example, if one day session is cancelled in time, one day session will be credited.  It will not be credited toward a night session.

Bookings not using a pre-paid package session, will be issued a monetary ($) credit on your account if the cancellation is made by 11:59pm at least one day before your appointment.  For example, if your appointment is on May 15th, you must cancel your appointment by 11:59pm on May 14th to receive credit.  This credit is not automatic. After cancelling the appointment by 11:59pm at least one day before your appointment, please send an Email to info@ascended-wellness.com requesting a credit. Requests for credit should be Emailed to us immediately but no later than 24 hours from the time of the cancellation.  Only requests for credit for cancellations made by 11:59pm at least one day before your appointment date will be honored. Monetary credit ($ value) for the full amount paid will remain on your account for use at a future date if the cancellation and request for credit are made in time. 

Refunds:

There are no refunds issued for any of our services or products.

Minors and Other Dependents: 

Minors and other dependents are the responsibility of the adult member accompanying such minors and other dependents. An adult member must accompany all minors and other dependents receiving the EE System sessions.  All minors, age 3 and older, must have their own reservation (seat).  Only those minors and dependents who can sit relatively still and not make noise should attend EE System sessions or Events as a courtesy to all others who are in attendance.  Private reservations are alternative options for EE System sessions for those who may not be able to sit still or remain quiet.

All Private Reservations:

For private reservations (day or night), the member who is making the reservation is solely responsible for other members who are invited to their private session.  Ascended Wellness is not liable or responsible for any of the guest members whom the reserving member invites to their private sessions. 

Food and Drink:

No food or drinks are allowed, other than water, in the EE System room.  This applies for both day and night sessions, private or non-private reservations. You will be asked to step outside of the EE System room to eat and drink in the lobby if we see that you are eating or drinking (anything other than water) in the room.  Smells can be very distracting to others as they are trying to relax, let go and let the body heal itself, as can crunching, chewing, etc.  Please be respectful of those around you and of our policy and kindly abide by this requirement.

Cell Phone:

Upon entering Ascended Wellness, all cell phones must be put on vibrate, silent mode or completely turned off. Airplane mode still sets off alarms, etc., so please ensure that your phone is set to one of these three modes.  Lights and sounds (other than what are offered in the EE system room), can be very distracting to those around you.  Other than quick access here and there to find your meditation or calming music to play from your phone and into your earbuds, phone use is strictly prohibited.  This includes other devices such as I-pads and tablets. You will be asked to put your devices away.

Quiet Environment:

Every effort should be made to keep noise and movement to a minimum during all sessions, day and night, private or otherwise.  There is no talking once you enter the EE System room.  Reservations can only be made under this acknowledgement and agreement.  If you cannot abide by this agreement, please make a private reservation, still adhering to as much quiet and stillness as you and your guests are able to provide to fulfill your intention of healing at every level for all in attendance. Private reservations for day or night are available upon request.

Cameras:

For the safety of our members as well as the staff, cameras are located throughout the facility including in the electrography and chakra photography room, the EE system room and common areas.  The cameras are always active, monitored and recorded.  No cameras are in the restroom.

Lost or Misplaced Items:

Ascended Wellness is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged personal items that belong to members and their dependents.

No Guarantees:

Ascended Wellness makes no guarantees of results or improvements to health or ailments of any kind whatsoever.  Results vary from person to person.

Refusal of Service:

Ascended Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
